She/Her

As a bilingual therapist, I strive to create a welcoming and culturally responsive space where all clients can feel heard and supported. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, helping individuals navigate life’s challenges while building resilience and healthier relationships.

I am trauma-informed and have experience working with individuals across all levels of trauma. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and tailored to each client’s needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic techniques, and evidence-based interventions that support healing of mind and body.

Whether you are working through a difficult season of life, healing from past experiences, or looking to strengthen your relationships, therapy can provide the support and tools to help you move forward. I believe that every person possesses the inner strength and capacity for growth. Sometimes, all it takes is a safe space, compassionate guidance, and the courage to take that first step.
