Self-Pay

The fee for a 50 minute session is $160. Each clinician offers limited availability for sliding scale services. These slots are for individuals who cannot afford the full fee due to financial limitations. Please contact us for more information regarding our sliding availability.

Carelon (Ventura County Medi-Cal Recipients)

Currently, Carelon is the only insurance we accept. Please be prepared to provide your insurance information and a copy of your insurance card. 

Superbill

Our practice can generate a superbill or invoice/receipt for you to provide to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please contact your health insurance company to confirm they will reimburse you for out-of-network services.
