My role is to support and empower you through your journey.

I work with adolescents, adults, and families by incorporating skill-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop practical tools for navigating life’s challenges. Whether you are working through a difficult season, seeking personal growth, or simply looking for a space to process your experiences, I am here to provide support as we discover what works best for you.
