Support shouldn’t feel out of reach, you deserve help that meets you where you are. I am a bilingual therapist dedicated to supporting individuals who often carry the weight of multiple identities, family responsibilities, and the pressure to succeed. With specialized experience in crisis intervention, depression, and anxiety, I provide a culturally attuned space where clients can process their experiences without judgment.
My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Supportive Therapy. Through CBT, we work together to identify patterns of thinking shaped by both personal and cultural experiences, and develop skills to reduce stress and manage symptoms. Supportive therapy allows us to focus on validation, connection, and emotional empowerment—essentials for healing, especially for those navigating first-generation challenges.
I strive to create a culturally responsive, collaborative environment where clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely supported. Whether you are working through an immediate crisis or seeking long-term emotional wellness, I am here to guide you with empathy, structure, and evidence-based care.
